Assuming that you qualify for a short sale the process of listing your home for sale (as a short sale) is no different than any other listing that we would take. All of the forms are the same and the process is the same. Just give us a call and we can have your home listed for sale the very same day.
What do you mean by qualify?
You must be able to prove to your lender that you will no longer be able to make your payments, and if there are other loans against the home, the other lenders must also be in agreement and willing to settle for little or no payment.
